Andi's 4th Birthday

We had her favorite lunch on her birthday:  CORN DOGS

We invited a few friends over to swim on her birthday.

We started a tradition this year for birthdays:  On each girl's birthday, Mom or Dad takes them out for a special date night.  Here Andi is at her chosen restaurant for her date night:  Robintino's.  So sweet being able to spend some alone time with her.  Sometimes she reminds me so much of her dad that it hurts.  And sometime being alone with her can be such a paintful reminder that he's not here with us.  Nevertheless, so grateful to have celebrated this special day with her.  Four years of utter and complete joy.  August 17, 2008 was, hands down, the best, most special day of my entire life.  And I don't care how cliche that sounds. 

The two girls who I think will be good friends one day:  Andalyn and Gabriella Georgia.  Thanks Beth, for bringing her along to Andi's birthday party.  Andi adores her, if you can't tell.

Four years old.  I can't believe it. 

Mmm-mmm.  Strawberry shortcake.  Andi loves those strawberries.
