From the last week or so--
Proof we went on a Valentine's date

A pretty cute Valentine's card from Eric.  And it was also a large card.  Too large to save, hence I took a picture.

More skiing lesson fun.  This week Andi went on the lift almost the whole time and Abbey went on the harder lift!  They rock! Andi had her first experience of getting her ski tangled up while trying to unload on the lift.  It twisted her leg, freaked her out, and was embarrassing.  It was hard seeing her upset but I was so proud of her.  You can't become a skier 'til you've had those crap times.

The view from the lodge while I was waiting for the girls.  Each week I've taken the opportunity to ski myself, but this last week I was feeling so tired and used the time to read.  Love these beautiful mountains!

The three above pictures were taken at my niece Lydia's musical.  Lydia had a part in her junior high musical and the show was just this last weekend.  We were so proud of her.  It was fun to support her and see her school.  Lydia is our favorite baby-sitter and such a good example to our girls!

The big news of this last week was my mom had another surgery.  The three above pictures were taken while visiting her this last Sunday.  This surgery was an expected procedure.  It didn't go as well as we had hoped, so she was in the hospital for the entire week.  It was a bit of a stressful time but now she's home and we're all hoping she can be strong and positive and that she can heal well.  The girls were so sweet in visiting her.  They all love Grandma Luke and they each have their own unique memories and connection with her.
Andi was especially worried about Grandma and shed quite a few tears this week as she worried about her.

This was one of Eric's leg hairs.  Just sayin'.

Eric did a "remodel" on his fish tank.  New rocks and everything.

Sometimes when I feel bummed out or stressed, all I gotta' do is look at this face and my heart is warmed.  So grateful for this little lady.

Last night during homework time,  Millie was crazy funny and kept wanting to play and be funny for her sisters.  Andi finally gave in and spent a good half an hour throwing and chasing a ball with her.  Millie loved it!  She loved crawling with Andi and having sister time.
Millie was also showing Abbey how funny she was by pretending to blow her nose into her sock she was holding.  Abbey was laughing so dang hard.  Such fun times.
