Dad's Trip to Alaska--June 2012

I'm so proud of my dad for taking advantage of his retirement and enjoying his adventure to Alaska!  He was there for two weeks on a fishing boat with his buddies.  They caught a bunch and had a good time.  He told me he read five books on his trip.  Yep.  Five.  That's my dad.  Of course, he took  no pictures of himself, but he did take pictures of other things, like: 

One day they had a pro fisherman of sorts come out on their boat with them.  Having him there obviously paid off.  Egh.

Meanwhile back at home, Mom took the opportunity to enlist her children as her partners in crime.  She asked us to come over and help her clean out Dad's shed--His messy, full-to-the-brim shed that hasn't been cleaned out since probably my time of birth.  :)
Cleaning it out was a fun adventure, and the brothers-in-law showed some serious muscle in helping us out. 
Dad ended up being a pretty good sport about it.
