This was the girls' first time at Surf 'n Swim and they loved it.  A little somethin' to get them through a cold weekend.

Here's our New Year's Resolutions. 

My Michael's birthday.  It was snowing, which is why the picture looks blurry.

Abbey's Goals, Age 7

"1. Practice spelling.  2.  Try not to bite nails.  3.  Get better at piano."

Andi's Goals, Age 5

"1.  Get better at reading.  2. Be nice to Ava.  3.  Do More gymnastics and dance."

1.  No whining.  2.  Be nice to Andi.  3.  Get ready for kindergarten next year.

We had a party for Michael's birthday on January 10th.  Michael's family and their family friend, Tericia, came along.  Along with some of her kids.

It felt good to have all of Michael's family over...for a lot of reasons, but most importantly, to allow Andi the chance to celebrate her father's life.

We went to Classic Skating this last week.  Here's Ava on our scooter.  She loved it and worked hard!

Even though this is sideways, you can see how much the girls LOVE my mom's new dog, Zoe. 

Here she is, Zoe Ray Luke.  A perfect addition to the Luke family.  My mom was excited to finally get another dog after her last one died last summer.
